EUR/JPY gains ground after three days of losses, trading around 181.50 during the Asian hours on Tuesday. The currency cross is maintaining a bearish near-term tone as it holds beneath both the nine-day and 50-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs).

The US Dollar Index (DXY), which tracks the Greenback against a basket of currencies, struggles to capitalize on a modest Asian session uptick and currently trades around the 100.00 psychological mark, nearly unchanged for the day.

AUD/USD rises after two days of losses, hovering around 0.7010 during the Asian hours on Tuesday. The Australian Dollar (AUD) gained ground following the release of positive employment data, which showed that ANZ–Indeed Job Ads increased by 2.0% month-over-month in July.

The GBP/USD pair loses ground to near 1.3425 during the early Asian session on Tuesday. Uncertainty surrounding US-Iran talks drives traders toward a safe-haven currency such as the US Dollar (USD) against the British Pound (GBP).
